SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Your orders are sent by Sürat cargo company.

  • After the order is placed, your products enter the production phase specifically for your request. Products produced specifically for you are prepared and delivered to cargo within an average of 5-7 business days.

  • When we ship your order, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered during the payment step, confirming that we have shipped your order.

  • The phone number you enter during the payment step for your orders is shared with the cargo company to inform you about the delivery. Notifications about delivery are sent to you via SMS.

  • When the cargo company carries out the necessary procedures regarding your order, a tracking code will be sent to your e-mail address with which you can track your cargo. This way you can track the status of your cargo.

  • Once the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping company's processing time.

PAYMENT

  • Debit/Credit Card

If you wish, you can make your payments virtually by debit or credit card. As a virtual payment method iyzicoWe use  infrastructure. Your payment information is not stored on our site in any way and is processed through secure bank infrastructures.

  • Wire Transfer/EFT

You can also pay for your orders via bank transfer/EFT. To do this, you must choose Wire Transfer/EFT as the payment method in the payment step and complete the order. You must make your payment to the bank account whose information we share below:
